ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 08-09-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire outstanding dues to the Electricity Department provided some installments granted to the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is dispose of directing the petitioner to give a suitable representation to the Electrical Executive Engineer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16706 of 2024(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 (i.e. respondent No. 03 herein) within a period of two weeks from today. On such representation being given, the same shall be considered on its own merits strictly in accordance with law. Any orders passed, shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
