2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is said to have killed the deceased in a very short span of their marriage i.e. after two and a half months of their marriage.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2025.
5. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner has argued this case vehemently but in support of his arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to produce any materials which is in favour of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
8. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed by the prosecution then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
