2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No.344 of 2012 registered for an offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/120(B) of the IPC.

3. All the petitioners are purchaser of land from the widow of one of the co-sharer, namely, Shivnath Singh Sharma. The vendor of these petitioners namely, Sarswati Devi has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by Sessions Judge, Begusarai itself on 17.05.2013 in ABP No.1640 of 2012. These petitioners are purchaser from Sarswati Devi. A title suit with respect to land in question is also pending before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29912 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 vide Title Suit No.458 of 2014.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No.344 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Begusarai subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
