The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the brother of the informant (injured) with Lathi and Danda, which caused injury in the hand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly seven months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees
