2. All the two petitioners are in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 117(2), 303(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, while the informant was going to shop, all the FIR accused persons assaulted the informant along with his two sons by means of lathi, danda and khanti causing head injury to his sons, namely, Ramesh & Krishna Sahni and took away Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) from one Ramesh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

He next submits that the petitioners have been arrested only on the basis of suspicion and both the parties are close agnates and neighbour and only due to previous enmity, the petitioners have been implicated in the present case. The petitioners are in custody since 26.05.2025 and 22.05.2025 respectively.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the both parties are agnates in the present case, so let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to be satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai/concerned Court in connection with Birpur P.S.
