Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Palasi P.S.Case no.165 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) /34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

As per FIR, petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur and the petitioner no.2 is the Nanad of the informant. Case is under Section 498(A) . Specific allegation against the petitioners and her husband is of demand of Rs.01 lac and there is also allegation of sauteing her and ousting her from the house. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that so far petitioner no.2 is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against them and she is not residing with the family members of the husband of the informant ans so far

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66809 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 petitioner no.1 is concerned, it is submitted that he has falsely been implicated and there is allegation of demand against the petitioner no.1 and husband and both and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the father-in-law and mother-in-law has already been allowed.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria, District Araria in connection with Palasi P.S.Case No.165 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
