The petitioner seeks bail in Patory P.S. Case No. 318 of 2016 registered under Section 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code As per prosecution case, the petitioner took Rs. 1.5 lakh from the complainant assuring him to manage a job in F.C.I. But he neither managed the job for the complainant nor returned his money.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and falsely implicated in this case. There is no documentary evidence regarding giving money to the petitioner by the complainant. Further submission is that the grandfather of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28882 of 2017 (2) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 complainant has inimical term with the petitioner due to that reason he has been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.04.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Patory P.S.
