Petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 310 of 2016 registered under Sections 384, 387 and 506/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission is that the first information report is lodged after one and half months of the alleged occurrence and the charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is also submitted that both the parties have compromised the case and petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2017.
