2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023 dated 12.05.2023, lodged under Sections 302 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was last seen with the petitioner and others. On the next day, the dead body of the deceased was recovered. There is no material against the petitioner to connect him with the alleged crime.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- Vth, Ara (Bhojpur) in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
