This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier his bail application was rejected by order dated 16.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 19687 of 2021.

Learned senior counsel petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2020 and is the husband and till date charges have not been framed, it is also submitted that in the event if bail is granted to the petitioner he will never delay the trial.

Considering the submissions made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the Court for the present is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, however, in the event,
