Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadopur (Yadopur) registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the side of the road near Shiv Mandir which is an open place and accessible to all. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur (Yadopur) P.S. Case No. 03 of 2022.
