The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 566 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 467, 471, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B) and 66(D) of the IT Act.

The prosecution case, in short, is that, the accused persons including this petitioner were indulged in cyber crime related to the cheating the innocent people in the name of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement made by the co-accused persons who were apprehended on the spot and the same has no evidentiary value in the eye of law. Petitioner is stated to be man of clean antecedent. No specific allegation is alleged against the petitioner. Other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 02-08-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53476 of 2024.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 6.

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Warisaliganj
