Petitioners seek bail in Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No.269 of 2018, corresponding to Special Case No.23 of 2018, registered under Sections 8/20(B)(ii) "A" of the NDPS Act. Both the petitioners were apprehended while coming on motorcycle and on search about 1 Kg. Ganja and other articles were recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Ganja was less than 1 Kg. Ganja was not weighed. Petitioners are in jail since 10.09.2018. Petitioners have already remained in jail for more than three months for recovery of small quantity of Ganja.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75285 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No.269 of 2018, corresponding to Special Case No.23 of 2018.
