This modification application has been filed for modification in seventh paragraph of order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56883 of 2018.

It has been submitted that petitioner was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56883 of 2018 but could not be released from the jail as there is a difference in the name of the court which was the reason that in prayer portion of petition the correct court could not be typed.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the name of the court be read as C.J.M., Bettiah,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70415 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 West Champaran in place of 'A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran' typed in the seventh paragraph of order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56883 of 2018. The modification application is allowed to the above extent.
