Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 384, 420, 464, 467, 468, 471 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioners have misused the signature of the informant by filing a forged document of compromise for obtaining bail in a case filed earlier by her under Section 498A and other Sections of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that a compromise petition was filed by the informant wife of the petitioner in a case earlier to the present case filed under Section 498A of I.P.C. In the regular bail application filed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29163 of 2017 (2) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 before the Sessions Court, Supaul, the order dated 25.10.2016 passed in B.A. No.561 of 2016 clearly shows that court observed that informant voluntarily divorced her husband has married to another person Md. Kurban so he was granted bail in that case. Now second case under Section 498A of I.P.C. has been filed. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Md. Sakeem and Md. Fida Hussan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No.1 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
