Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hussainganj P.S. Case No.235 of 2018, registered under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners kidnapped his daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim came and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She disclosed that she left her house voluntarily and nobody had kidnapped her. It has come that the victim is of unstable mind and she again left her house but her father did not lodge any case.

Considering the fact that the victim herself denied the

No.75611 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 factum of her kidnapping, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No.235 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
