JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is allegation of theft at the house of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is a student of I.Sc. The recovered articles do not tally with the articles described in the F.I.R. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 05.05. 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29259 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case no. 56 of 2017.
