The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019 dated 11.02.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged by the informant that on gun point, he was made to consume liquor and thereafter he was arrested. He also was hurt in the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

The informant was arrested by the police as he was found in an inebriated condition. The injuries on the person of the informant are because of the fall on a hard substance because of his drunken condition. One of the accused persons of this case had earlier lodged a case against the informant of the present case vide Aurangabad Muffassil P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018. Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
