The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 registered under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64009 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/3 Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that due to land dispute, petitioners entered in the house of the informant and started to abuse. At that time, Bechan Mehta (petitioner no.1) with bad intention pulled the Sari of his wife, Saroj Devi. When informant and his son Shivam Kumar came to save her then they caught hold and started to cause assault to the informant, his son and wife. In the meantime, Harilal Mehta (petitioner no.3) snatched the gold chain from the neck of his wife and Amit Mehta (petitioner no. 8) took cash of Rs.7500/- and mobile set from the pocket of his son.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute scuffle took place but with ulterior motive, the informant has lodged the present case with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) eacdh with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief
