The petitioners seek bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.413 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is mentioned that during course of investigation of Forbesganj P.S. Case No.412 of 2018, this petitioner had confessed his guilt and disclosed that on 6.6.2018, he was involved in loot of motorcycle for which FIR has been lodged. The informant reached the house of this petitioner on such disclosure and recovered motorcycle and also cash of Rs.1,22,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73336 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 aforesaid motorcycle belong to this petitioner. There is no separate case filed by anybody alleging the aforesaid motorcycle to be stolen. It is further submitted that cash amount of Rs.1,22,000/- belongs to father of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.413 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
