The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Katihar Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 registered under Sections 376, 448 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that the Medical Report does not support the factum of rape and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
