Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.893 of 2018, corresponding to Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.181 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner and another person were apprehended while they were moving on a motorcycle and 20 liters of country made liquor kept in a tube was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.10.2018 Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge
