The petitioners seek bail in Udawant Nagar P.S. Case No.364 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

40 liters of mahua is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and for that, the petitioners are in jail since 24.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73663 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udawant Nagar P.S. Case No.364 of 2018.
