The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/379/308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries are on both the sides. The injuries purported to have been inflicted, have been found to be simple in nature (Annexure-2). Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that these petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30563 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 P2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Motihari, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 103/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
