Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 401, 411, 413, 414, 379 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2018.
