2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 74, 118(1), 352 and 3(5) of BNS and later on Section 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act has been added.

3. As per allegation, when two daughters of the informant were coming from tuition, then Karan Kumar started behaving rudely and harassing them. When informanted went to ask about the occurrence, all the accused persons including

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70154 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 petitioners abused him and also assaulted him. It is further alleged that Karan Kumar assaulted with hasua on the head of the informant due to which he sustained injury.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the father and uncle of the main accused, Karan Kumar, against whom there is allegation of assault,and because of this, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court POCSO Cum A.D.J.-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) AjayMishra/- U T
