The petitioner seeks bail in Chenari P.S. Case No.12 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while he was coming from Ramgarh after loading coal on his truck, the wheel of the truck became punctured. The informant was changing the wheel of the truck but in the meantime, four miscreants came and looted away different articles and money from the informant. The informant further alleged that accused persons were named Ashok in course of talk with each other.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner figured in the case on the confession of the co-accused. Petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2018 but he has not been put on T.I.P. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73805 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 but after implication in Sheosagar P.S. Case No.117 of 2018, the petitioner has been remanded in other three cases including the present one.
Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No.12 of 2018.
