2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 137(2), 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2025. He further submits that though the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025.
