The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order or direction quashing Annexure-4 dated 10.3.22 passed by the Respondent No.3, by which the petitioner (Lower Division Clerk) has been removed from Service whereas the main person responsible i.e. the Branch Manager of the said Bank has been compulsorily retired from Service by the appellate authority, but appeal of the petitioner is
Patna High Court CWJC No.16418 of 2023(2) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 still pending for consideration before the Appellate Authority."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
