The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl. Misc. No. 54789 of 2019 vide order dated 02.09.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64522 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.116 of 2019.
