This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 9042 of 2022, which was dismissed for default for non-compliance of the Court's peremptory order dated 18.08.2022.

Records reveal that prior to lapse of the peremptory time, petitioner has given a statement that certified copy of the Annexures 13 and 14 is not issued by respondent authorities

Patna High Court MJC No.2451 of 2022(3) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 and, therefore, xerox copy has been filed. The office, however, has dismissed the application in default on lapse of the peremptory time granted, since certified copy of Annexures 13 and 14 was not supplied nor any undertaking that the same would be supplied, has been submitted by the petitioner. Orders impugned are order passed by the administrative authorities in discharge of quasi judicial function, for which no certified copy is issued as per practice in respondent bank.

Learned counsel for respondent-bank does not dispute the fact that certified copy is not issued by the bank. CWJC No. 9042 of 2022 be restored to its original file.
