The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shri Nagar (Pujahan) P.S.Case No.105 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 414, 413 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that one truck was found in the house of the petitioner and accused persons were making some alteration in the truck and arrested them.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the truck is not stolen property and owner of the truck has sold the truck and on that ground, one co-accused has been grainted bail, vide order dated 6.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73873 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 No.61073 of 2018.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shri Nagar (Pujahan) P.S.Case No.105 of 2018.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
