The petitioner seeks bail in Banmankhi P.S. case No. 154 of 2019 registered under Section 376(D)/ 313 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim made specific allegation that petitioner being her neighbour forcibly established physical relation with her. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim was having love affairs with the petitioner but when the petitioner refused to marry the victim lodged this case but it appears that victim is a minor girl and the victim along with other witnesses have stated the facts that it was the petitioner who forcibly established physical relation with the victim.
