Petitioner seeks bail in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.266 of 2018, registered under Sections 294, 503, 504, 505(2) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 66 and 66(A) of the I.T. Act.

The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner made viral the pictures from his mobile and E-mail causing communal tension. The mobile was recovered and it was found that it was petitioner who made false message and photographs viral. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is suffering from mental illness and he is in jail since 23.09.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73713 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S.
