No. 62845 of 2024 in respect to the observation that "the petitioner shall furnish bail bond after completion of six months in custody from today".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner has remained under custody for a period of more than six months.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, paragraph no. 7 of order dated 11.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62845 of 2024 is hereby deleted.
