The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No.55 of 2018, corresponding to Special Case No.21 of 2018, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and under Section 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The police intercepted motorcycle on which two persons were riding. From the possession of the petitioner(Rakesh Kumar), one country made pistol, mobile and I.D. Card was recovered. 2 kgs. Ganja was recovered from the possession of Nitin Kumar. Nitin Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.40911 of 2018. Petitioner is in jail since 06.03.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about nine months for recovery of one country made pistol with one live cartridge.

Case No.55 of 2018(Special Case No.21 of 2018).
