Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the several Government circulars, which entitles the petitioner to receive earned leave salary for a period of 300 days. Petitioner has already filed his representation but the authority has not taken decision on his representation.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the competent authority is directed to taken decision to make payment of earned leave salary to the petitioner in accordance with law, within 6 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
