The petitioner seeks bail in Bihta (Neura) P.S. case No. 1160 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
30 liters of country made liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the house of petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 15.10.2018.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for about two months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Bihta (Neura) P.S. case No. 1160 of 2018.
