The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sindhugarh P.S. Case No.38 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 69, 89 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the informant on the assurance of marriage.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that it is a case

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 6.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Sherghati (Gaya Jee) / concerned Court below, in connection with Sindhugarh P.S. Case No.38 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS / 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
