JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghoshi P. S. Case No. 300 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 379, 420, 411 of IPC and Section 4/10 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972 and Sections 2, 3 and 4 of Illegal Mining, Storage and Transportation Act, 2003 and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986.

As per F.I.R. several trucks intercepted by the police, which were engaged in the mining of the sand. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that F.I.R itself shows that no sand was found loaded in his truck and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.
