JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur Hatt, DistrictSiwan has already passed the final order under Section 6(1) of
Patna High Court CWJC No.15580 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act, 1956') in connection with Encroachment Case No. 02 of 2023-24 and thereafter, notice under Section 6(2) of the Act, 1956 has also been issued by the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur Hatt, District-Siwan on 09.10.2023, directing the encroachers to remove the encroachment in question, however, till date, the encroachment in question has not been removed, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan for enforcement of the final order, passed by the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur Hatt, District-Siwan in connection with Encroachment Case No. 02 of 2022-23. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
