The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 463 of 2016 registered under Sections 120B, 406, 419, 420, 467/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners run N.G.O. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. As a matter of fact, the policy holders have sworn affidavits to the effect that they have no any claim with these petitioners regarding payment of their policy. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32079 of 2017 (3) dt.22-08-2017 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 463 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
