1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commending the respondents to grant the petitioners also the same scale of Pay and Grade Pay of 2400 like other Correspondence clerks appointed on the compassionate Ground with all consequential benefits including revision
Patna High Court CWJC No.17252 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/3 of pay upon grant of 1st A. C. P. to the petitioner.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to give the petitioner also the benefits of the decision of the Hon'ble Court passed on 27-2-2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9633 of 2016.
(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ or direction directing and commanding the respondents to pay the petitioner the amount which has been recovered from the petitioner."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 i.e. the Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Circle, Muzaffarpur, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Circle, Muzaffarpur, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six
Patna High Court CWJC No.17252 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 3/3 weeks, thereafter.
4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
