Petitioner seeks bail in Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No.45 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457, 380, 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused, Raja Mallik, in his confessional statement during investigation.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
