====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for assurance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 17.9.2022 passed by the learned Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Appeal No. 01/2020."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prefer a revision petition, however, submits that limitation, if any, may be directed to be condoned.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate revision petition against the aforesaid order dated 17.09.2022, passed by the Ld. Collector cum District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Appeal No. 1 of 2020 and in case, such a revision petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided on merits, without the revisional authority being impeded by the issue of limitation.
