1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is the application for appropriate writ (s) order (s), direction (s) to quash the order dated 12-11- 2018 contained in memo No. 2269, passed by the District Program Officer, Gaya (Respondent No. 5) in Anganwari case No. 88/2018 whereby petitioner's candidature for selection of Anganwari Sevika in new generated Anganwari centre Yashpur 3, Centre code No. 230, village- Yashpur, Panchayat-

Patna High Court CWJC No.15409 of 2023(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 Naudiha Sultanpur, Ward No-4 under Fatehpur Block has erroneously been rejected for inducing selection of respondent No.7 and quash his consequential order dated 03-02-2023 contained in Memo No.

176 whereby the District Program Officer, Gaya after remanding the matter by the District Magistrate, Gaya for fresh consideration has again affirmed his/her previous order without taking into consideration of petitioner's application as well as the report submitted by the Block Development Officer, Fatehpur vide letter No. 860 dated 26-06-2018."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
