The petitioner seeks bail in Excise case No. 1018 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a)of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per prosecution allegation, the petitioner was arrested and on his confession 16.50 liters of different brands of Indian made foreign liquor including beer was recovered from a place shown by the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for two months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73619 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-cum- A.S.J-II, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Excise case No.1018 of 2018.
