The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, the motorcycle of the informant, parked at the door of the house in question was found missing. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16-06-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of secret information. The source and genuineness of the secret information has not been disclosed by the prosecution. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. He has

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019.
