The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 379, 337, 338, 353, 307, 332, 333, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

A mob had allegedly blocked the road traffic and when the police came for removal of the blockade, the mob allegedly scuffled with the police and committed mischief by damage. Petitioners were identified as members of the mob. Considering the general and omnibus nature of

No.70194 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 allegation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Danapur at Patna in connection with Bikram P.S.Case No.138 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners and also that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
