2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including this petitioner abused and assaulted the informant and his wife by iron rod and danda, due to which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that informant and petitioner are Devar and Bhabhi and due to admitted land dispute, a scuffle took place between them. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78252 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner are simple in nature. Petitioner is a lady and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of injuries, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
